Homemade Hamburger Helper

(serves 4)

Ingredients
1½ Pounds Ground beef, preferably chuck
1 16 ounce can chopped tomatoes
2 cups dried pasta (macaroni, or other small pasta)
1 ¾ cups water


Seasoning Mix
2 tablespoons chili powder
2 tablespoons garlic powder
2 tablespoons dried parsley
4 tablespoons onion powder
4 tablespoons beef bouillon granules
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons black pepper

To Make...

1. Brown the ground beef in a deep sauté pan

2. Add water, pasta, tomatoes and seasoning mix. Stir together

3. Bring to a boil, then lower heat to simmer and cover for 20 minutes or until pasta is tender
