So seeing Rob's update it got me to think about my own form of Beef Wellington.  You know the white trash version of it, a meatloaf sandwich.  So if your hungry and your not the cooking genius that Rob is, I PROMISE this will be just as good.

First get all the ingredients that you need.  Ground beef, onion, an egg, milk, breadcrumbs, and then the ketchup and mustard for the topping.  Put it in a pan, and cook in a preheated oven at 350 for an hour and your meatloaf will be done.

 
Once your meatloaf is done and out of the oven then it's time for your sandwich. 

 
Instead of puff pie, and egg wash, use white bread and mayo for the sandwich.

 
The magic is almost there when you put the meatloaf on the bread.  

 
Cover the top with the other piece of bread and there you go!!!!!!!!
