Updated Wednesday, November 4th, 2009 Greetings fellow diggities... Well, all I have to say that if you have seen me then you know that I LOVE STEAK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It's probably the best thing on the planet. No, not probably... it is the best thing on the planet. I don't care what cut a steak you get. From the filet to the T-bone, the New York Strip to the greatest of the steaks... the Ribeye... steak is good. This is a page where you can find great STEAK HOUSES. I'm not talking about some crappy family style restraunt, I'm taking about real honest to goodness steakhouses in the great country of ours. If you have any REAL steakhouses that you would like me to try (and I'm sorry, I love this restaurant, BUT CLAIM JUMPER IS NOT A STEAKHOUSE!!!!!!!) please write me and let me know.
Ok, so this summer I got to go on a couple of vacations (paid) and got to eat at some really good restaurants. Too bad this place wasn't one of those establishments. Three Forks is a well known steakhouse in my hometown of Dallas. I was told that this was THE steakhouse to go to. Here's the problem I had with this place, the steak I got was a bone-in Ribeye and it was only 16 ounces. Sure that sounds big but it really wasn't, at least 8 ounces were the damn bone!!!!!! Plus another problem was the shitty Caesar Salad I was served, three big pieces of lettuce and really hard croutons. I didn't want to break my teeth!!!!!!! By the way the steak that I wanted was medium rare, too bad the steak I got was more medium well. YUM!!!!!!!!! I love tough beef at high prices!!!!!! Last but not least was the fact that they didn't offer a baked potato. Who in the blue fuck doesn't serve or even offer baked potatoes with steak. Oh, I know Three Forks in Dallas. Instead of having a shitty piano player when you walk in invest in some Idaho Potatoes!!!!!!!!!!! This is for sure a place I will NEVER go to again, even if I'm NOT paying!!!!!!!!
